What is horses' favorite drink?
We give our horses Gatorade, they love it! Especially when they just get done working, it helps them with their electrolytes just like in humans.

Reply:my horse just loves cold propel, red gatorade, and he never ever misses an opprotunity to sip some(not too much) cranberry juice--I never give him too much but he occasionally get a few sips before a big workout.


obviously other than that water : ). but those special drinks seems to let them work better! lol

Reply:Well of course water (if you ask a human) but for my horse Gus he would do anything to get ahold of my Tim Hortons coffee!! He has also stolen my hubbys beer right out of his hand and you just dont go around him with any sort of pop bottle.. he immediatly thinks its for him!!

Reply:One of my stallions never misses a opportunity to tip my beer can over and suck it up. Hmmm then again he can drain a coffe cup in a few seconds to.


Guess coffee or beer for my big horse, hmmm he also never misses a chance to eat a pack of smokes. I love Stormer. Keep saying that as he pulled my cell phone out of its holder and stepped on it this morning.

Reply:Well, horses obviously like water, but some enjoy gatorade, too. And actually, though most people do not know it, most horses really enjoy things like beer and sherry. This is because the alcholhal or something in it has roughage in it, just like their hay. So, yeah, I know it's kind of funny, but most horses really like it. Hope this helped.
