1 bowl fruit and fibre with skimmed milk
i pomegranate (I think thats how its spelt)
1 wholemeal pitta with low fat hummus and veg
2 pieces medium white bread with 1 tbsp mince and veg
1 chocolate mini roll (86 cals)
2 fishcakes with 2 portions of veg
Half the stuff doesn't have the calorie content on it but what do you think?
Is what I ate today under 1200 cals?
1200 calories on the nose, perhaps a couple under. But thats good because you're not supposed to eat under 1200 calories a day or your body will go into starvation mode!

Reply:hunny, what i have found is that calorie counting doesn't work, beacuse you get so focused on just the numbers, you'll end up getting so frazzeled that you give up...what works best is to; when you are hungry, eat, but...theres a catch, you need to learn the difference between hunger and boredom...other than that, i think you're in good shape with the calories
