Is pomegrantate juice good for you even if it's from concentrate?

I'm having trouble finding "pure" or organic pomegranate juice. I hear it's very healthy and is highly rich in antioxidants. Do you think this is true?

I've been buying pomegranate juice that says "natural" on the label, but it also says "from concentrate" in the ingredients list. Am I defeating the purpose? Should I not bother?

Thanks

I'll have you know that the fruit that does not look good enough for consumers to buy, gets made into juice and no matter what "quality" of juice you're buying, it will all be made of either damaged or rotten fruit. In addition, the best juice you could ever hope for is the one you extract yourself, that way you always know what you're getting!!!

Yes it is rich in antioxidants, but so is lemon... if you ask me Lemon is the ULTIMATE body cleanser, if you've never heard of "The Lemonade Diet", look it up and you'll see how vital this diet can be for most people... I know from 1st hand!!!!
Reply:Have you tried Ralphs? They have Pomegrante juice that is natural in the produce section...
Reply:nothing from concentrate is good for you.
