Am i doing enough exercise to lose weight? am i eating too much to burn those cals? HELP?

I'm desperately trying to lose weight and get in shape and i really don't think i've done enough exercise today.


So far i have burnt off 800 calories on my exercise bike, and i have also done an hour's yoga and a 30 minute tone up workout.....is that enough do you think?


and am i doing enough exercise to burn off what i'm eating?


An average day of food....oatibix with strawberries, apricots and banana (skimmed milk)


Salad (spinach, watercress etc)


Pomegranate


Pear


Apple


Kiwi


Salmon, jacket potato, and veg


Mango





Please help! Am i eating too much and not exercising enough??!!!!!!!!

Listen, this happened to me once, and this is how you correct the problem: DO NOT over-do-it! You're over doing it. What I mean by this, is that you're burning too mnay calories and NOT eating enough. So your body is going into starvation mode and your metabolism is slowing down. Your body is storing everything and it won't LET YOU lose weight.
