Underwater...no, seriously. After you separate the halves of the pomegranate fill a bowl with water and hold a half under the water with both hands under water as well. Then scoop out the seeds and strain from the water. This will also reduce the chances of the juice staining your hands.

Reply:Pomegranates are like a Rubiks cube or a seed maze. I think if the thing was as easy to eat a grape, it would lose a lot of it%26#039;s appeal. I chew the seeds for roughage . RScott
