How many berries are there in pomegranate?

they are not berries, rather they are called arils. arils are a mucilaginous seed casing. and the inside of a pomegranate can contain hundreds of them.these are the edible part of the fruit and are also very high in anti-oxidants.

How many berries are there in pomegranate?
None, but the damn thing is mainly comprised of thousands of small pips,


Berries are the fleshy part of the fruit containing stones or pips
