But never had one myself so I can%26#039;t give an opinion on the taste, sorry
How would you describe the flavour of a pomegranate? Also, when are they in season?
like me,nice and sweet, and out around november here in england?
Reply:They are wonderful, especially the juice and it is extremely healthy. It has it%26#039;s own deep sweet, slightly tart flavor, but it kinda is a cross between a slight cranberry tartness, a grape-cherry sweetness and a bit of raspberry. It is a nice sweetness, just about right. Here in South-Eastern US, they start showing up in the stores early October.
Here is a tutorial on how to open a fresh one:

Reply:If I had to compare it to another food, I would say it is closest to the taste of a grape, although not as sweet. My experience is that they are sweet, but also a bit tangy. They leave the same feeling in your mouth as a grape...that rough feeling. The juice stains, so be careful when you%26#039;re breaking it apart!
Reply:In season enf of September to November
Reply:The country where I live a season starts from September and lasts 2 months more.
Well... it can be sour or/and sweet depends on variety, but it definitely good for health especially for people with low haemoglobin.
