What is your favourite piece of art?

My personal favourite is by Salvador Dali (amazing man), I can't remember the title properly so to save myself from sounding stupid I'll just say it's the one with the tigers, fish, pomegranate and nude lady. What about you?

I like Claude Monet's "water lillies".

Reply:The Accolade by Edmund Blair Leighton. It's beautiful. there is alos a painting i don't know who it is by, and I forget the proper name, but it's home is in the Louvre, and it was hanging right outside the room where the Mona lisa is. it is huge, and it is a painting of Napoleon crowning Josephine. I love it.

Reply:I am an artist but I love all of the works of ...Norman Rockwell%26amp; Thomas Kinkaid...I love detail...and the warmth given in regards to family..etc,and the home settings. The peace these artists share(d)
Reply:"The Cathedral" a sculpture by Auguste Rodin.





It materializes the way I think love should be: the hands are touching each other in a romantic gesture, not holding too tight... It's beautiful.
Reply:My favorite piece of art is "The Old Guitarist" by Pablo Picasso. It touches my heart like no other painting I have ever seen.
