Does this shampoo work?

I saw Burt's Bees 'Very Volumizing Pomegranate and Soy' Shampoo and Conditioner at the store when I was on vacation and it was highly recommended by my friends. I believe them, but I want to make sure it is the best for me. What is your take on it and where would I get the best deal?
