Is this healthy, or no?!?

please evaluate my daaay, and give suggesions :)

breakfast:


1/2 a cup of "healthy" cereal with lowfat milk


1/2 a banana





lunch:


1 banana


1 fruit cup


1 sandwich with bread, turkey, cheese, lettuce, mayo





dinner:


1 1/2 whole wheat tortilla with tuna and 2 slices of cheese


1 bite of cereal


4 chocoalte wafers (227 cals)


2 macarrons (140 cals)





snacks:


10-15 jellybeans


1 oatmeal raisan bar (90 cals)


2 table spoons of pomegranate icecream [real fruit]


1 package of corn nuts [180 cals]

Is this healthy, or no?!?
Could be a lot better.





But unless your an athlete or lifter, its fine for a normal person.
Reply:High in sugar...not healthy at all.. u need more veggies, whole grain, protien...
