breakfast:
1/2 a cup of "healthy" cereal with lowfat milk
1/2 a banana
lunch:
1 banana
1 fruit cup
1 sandwich with bread, turkey, cheese, lettuce, mayo
dinner:
1 1/2 whole wheat tortilla with tuna and 2 slices of cheese
1 bite of cereal
4 chocoalte wafers (227 cals)
2 macarrons (140 cals)
snacks:
10-15 jellybeans
1 oatmeal raisan bar (90 cals)
2 table spoons of pomegranate icecream [real fruit]
1 package of corn nuts [180 cals]
Healthy or not?
i guess a little, but not exactly. Try doing this.
Breakfast:
instead of a cereal in the morning try oatmeal with
1/2 a banana
Lunch:
eat the other half of your banana
instead of a fruit cup try to eat real fruit like an apple
and try to eat a chicken sandwich with whole wheat bread
Dinner:
eat a salad
also some fried rice
and alot of veggies
try to stay off the cheese and wafers(not very good)
Snack:
try to eat a yogurt
(they are cheap and good for you)
try to stay off the sweets and ice cream no matter how real it seems for you
and some more fruit and veggies

Reply:All of the food listed are all very healthy chosies. It good to eat healthy foods like that but don't take it to seriously because you do not want rapid weight loss because that is unhealthy. But make sure to get enough protiens and vitamins in your food.
