What do you think about this recipe I made up... 1/2 C frozen strawberries, 1/2 C water, 2 TBS Flax seed oil, 1 TBS concentrated pomegranate juice, 2 TBS super green food, and a scoop of whey powder. I am not a weight lifter. I am just a vegetarian.
Protein shake?

Reply:try green tea instead of just water and use bananas instead of whey protein and add little silken tofu .
